Who these terms bind
These terms form the agreement between you and Anglo Peptides Canada whenever you browse anglopeptides.ca, create an account, or submit an order. Continuing past this page means you accept them. If any clause is unacceptable to you, the correct response is to stop here rather than to order and object later.
Eligibility to order
Orders may only be placed by individuals who are at least eighteen years old and who are buying on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or independent research programme. When you check out you are confirming each of the following:
- your intended use is in vitro investigation, not administration of any kind
- you hold whatever authorisation your jurisdiction requires to receive research chemicals
- you accept responsibility for storage, handling, and disposal under the rules that apply where you work
- you will not resupply, gift, or otherwise transfer material to anyone who has not agreed to the same conditions
What our product information does and does not promise
Assay figures, molecular data, and background reading published here describe the material as it left third-party testing. They are supplied so you can plan work, not as a clinical claim of any kind. We aim for accuracy and correct errors when we find them, but specifications may be revised without notice and we do not warrant that every figure on the site is current at the moment you read it. A certificate of analysis is available for any lot on request.
Pricing, stock, and refused orders
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude any duty or tax levied on import. Availability changes quickly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust quantities, or decline an order outright, including after payment has cleared. Where we decline, the payment is returned in full and no further obligation arises on either side.
Passing of title and risk
Ownership and risk transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. From that moment, loss, delay, seizure, or damage in transit sits with you, subject to any remedy the carrier itself offers.
Limits on what we owe you
To the fullest extent Canadian law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not answerable for indirect or consequential loss, for research outcomes, or for anything arising from use of a product outside the in vitro context described above.
Your undertaking to us
You agree to hold Anglo Peptides Canada harmless against claims, penalties, and legal costs arising from your handling of material bought here, from any misrepresentation you make at checkout, or from any breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
Text, photography, structured data, and page layouts on this site belong to Anglo Peptides Canada and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine.
Governing law
These terms are read under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall to the Ontario courts.
Revisions
We update this page as the business and the regulatory picture change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and the version live at the time you order is the one that governs that order.
