Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2:30 PM (ET) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM, or on weekends and statutory holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
Transit Times
Canada Post Xpresspost typically delivers within 1–3 business days to major centres, with remote destinations occasionally requiring an additional 1–2 days. A tracking number is provided automatically once your shipping label is generated, so you can follow your order from our facility to your door.
Packaging

Because our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and their integrity cannot be guaranteed once they have left our controlled facility, returned items cannot be accepted or resold.
