Anglo Peptides FAQ

Orders placed before 2:30 PM ET on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day under our shipping policy. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on statutory holidays dispatch the next business day. Canada Post Xpresspost typically takes 1–3 business days to major centres; remote destinations may need another 1–2 days. These are estimates. We provide a tracking number once the shipping label is generated.

You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" or "My Account" icon at the top of our website. Simply enter your email address and create a secure password. Creating an account allows you to easily track orders, view past purchases, and manage your shipping addresses.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately via email, and we will do our best to update your address. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery destination. You can update your default shipping address for future orders by logging into your account dashboard.

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and billing email address. If your order has shipped, it shows the Canada Post tracking number and direct tracking link. We also send tracking details by email when your order dispatches.

We currently accept Interac e-Transfer for Canadian orders. Place your order to see the payment instructions on the next page. Your order remains on hold while payment is pending. PayPal, credit-card and cryptocurrency payments are not currently available at checkout.

Sales tax is calculated and applied automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.

Open the Certificate of Analysis directory and match the compound, sample identifier and lot number to the material supplied. Review the laboratory, test date and methods. HPLC purity, molecular identity and measured vial content answer different questions; a purity percentage does not establish sterility or suitability for every experiment. Request the current lot report if it is unavailable. Our batch-verification guide explains what to check.

At this time, Anglo Peptides ships exclusively within Canada. We are proud to offer fast and reliable delivery to all 10 provinces and 3 territories coast-to-coast.

Whenever possible, we consolidate your entire order into a single package to keep shipping fast and secure. On rare occasions, if your order is particularly large, it may be split into multiple shipments, but you will receive tracking for each package.

Under our shipping and returns policy, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Check the product, size and delivery details before completing an order.

Not for every laboratory method. Choose the solvent specified by the compound documentation and validated experimental procedure. Bacteriostatic water contains a preservative that may be unsuitable for some assays; it is not a universal solvent and does not make a research preparation suitable for administration. Review the peptide solubility guide and the supplied material's requirements before preparation.
