CJC-1295 No DAC 10 mg: Product Specifications and Research Context
CJC-1295 No DAC is supplied as a standalone 10 mg lyophilized research vial. This listing is for the no-DAC material commonly described as modified GRF (1-29). It does not contain ipamorelin. The CJC-1295 No DAC 5 mg + Ipamorelin 5 mg blend is a separate product.
Product identity and vial amount
| Listed material | CJC-1295 No DAC, commonly described as modified GRF (1-29) |
|---|---|
| Nominal amount | 10 mg per vial |
| Form | Lyophilized powder |
| Composition | Standalone material; no ipamorelin component |
| Documentation | Match the product, vial amount and lot code to the supplier identity record and analytical report |
The amount above describes the catalogue format. For analytical identification, use the sequence, terminal modifications, molecular formula and mass specified in the identity documentation for the material supplied. A catalogue name or a report for another preparation does not establish the identity or measured quantity of a particular vial.
How No DAC differs from CJC-1295 with DAC
The DAC designation identifies an albumin-binding modification used in long-acting GHRH analogues. It matters when selecting research literature and comparing materials. The long-acting, albumin-binding preparation studied by Teichman and colleagues is distinct from this no-DAC listing.[1] Jetté and colleagues also studied GHRH–albumin bioconjugates.[2]
These papers provide comparison context; they do not establish a half-life, biological response or validated storage period for this commercial no-DAC vial. The persistence of pulsatile GH secretion was also studied with a long-acting CJC-1295 preparation, so pulsatility alone should not be used to identify the material.[3] See the CJC-1295 with DAC versus No DAC comparison for related research context.
Standalone CJC-1295 No DAC or an Ipamorelin blend?
This page supplies one listed peptide at 10 mg per vial. The separate blend contains 5 mg CJC-1295 No DAC and 5 mg ipamorelin, for 10 mg total nominal peptide. Equal total vial amounts do not make the products interchangeable: the blend contains two ingredients in a fixed nominal mass ratio.
Compare the CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin blend, 5 mg of each component, standalone Ipamorelin 5 mg and the performance research catalogue. Choose the material specified by the validated laboratory protocol.
For a closer comparison, read CJC-1295 vs Ipamorelin. For the related GHRH analogue comparison, see Sermorelin vs CJC-1295.
Certificate of analysis and batch identification
Use the COA directory or request the matching batch report. Include “CJC-1295 No DAC 10 mg” and the lot code from the vial label. Check the material name, analytical identity, sample or lot identifier, test date and measured results. A chromatographic purity result should not be treated as evidence of vial quantity or sterility unless those properties were separately tested and reported.
Laboratory storage and handling
Follow the vial label, batch documentation and your laboratory’s validated protocol. Solution stability depends on the solvent, concentration, container and storage conditions; no single reconstituted shelf life is stated for every protocol. The laboratory concentration calculator performs arithmetic and does not establish a preparation or administration protocol.
